Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Identify and troubleshoot production bottlenecks, providing immediate technical support to the production floor.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment failures or quality deviations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to oversee equipment installation, upgrades, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
- Train production staff on new processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, cross-functional environment.
