Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production yield and product quality.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and calibration of sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering teams to facilitate seamless New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to drive operational efficiency and significant cost reductions.
- Ensure strict compliance with international quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs and process flow charts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across global departments.
- Experience with automated assembly lines and high-volume production testing equipment is highly desirable.
