Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production yield and product quality.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and calibration of sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering teams to facilitate seamless New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to drive operational efficiency and significant cost reductions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with international quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs and process flow charts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across global departments.
  • Experience with automated assembly lines and high-volume production testing equipment is highly desirable.
