We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Innovation Supervisor to lead the development and validation of manufacturing protocols and procedures for new and existing products. Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and maintain detailed manufacturing protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant trials and product validation.
- Lead scale‑up and scale‑down initiatives, ensuring seamless transition from lab to production.
- Conduct process optimization studies to improve yield, reduce cycle time, and lower manufacturing costs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams during trial executions, monitoring performance and documenting results.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements throughout the validation process.
- Analyze trial data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Train production staff on new procedures and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of all trial activities, equipment calibration, and deviation investigations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in manufacturing process development, validation, or process engineering within a FMCG or consumer goods environment.
- Proven expertise in writing SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols.
- Strong knowledge of scale‑up/scale‑down principles, equipment qualification, and process analytical technology (PAT).
- Experience with GMP, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar) and basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
