Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform basic testing and quality control checks on manufactured goods to ensure specifications are met.
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with 5S standards.
- Document production data accurately and report any defects or anomalies immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company guidelines at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided on the job.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor duties.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
