Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage public relations initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, and event coverage.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align promotional efforts with operational capacity and special events.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across all channels.
- Direct the production of high-quality creative assets, including photography, videography, and copywriting.
- Drive community engagement strategies to strengthen local and international brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns in Bali or similar markets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing creative teams and external agencies.
- Deep knowledge of current social media trends, content creation tools, and analytical platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Strong network within the Indonesian travel and hospitality media landscape.
