Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the school's mission and enrollment goals
- Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective parents, community partners, and media outlets
- Organize and coordinate school events, open houses, and promotional activities
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and image
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Creative thinking ability with strong attention to detail
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
