You will be responsible for evaluating the ROI of our influencer partnerships, identifying emerging talent in the beauty and lifestyle space, and ensuring every collaboration aligns with our brand identity and commercial objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL and influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Identify, vet, and recruit high-performing influencers/KOLs that align with Glamazing Indonesia’s brand values.
- Monitor and analyze the operational performance of ongoing campaigns using key metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize influencer selection and budget allocation.
- Manage end-to-end communication and contract negotiations with KOL agencies and individual creators.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor influencer activities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure influencer content briefs meet high-quality standards and campaign objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale KOL campaigns with measurable performance results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and their respective creator economies.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
