Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Manage multiâchannel campaigns (digital, social, traditional, and experiential) from concept to analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and performanceâmanage a team of marketing specialists.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to inform strategy and product positioning.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report results to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and timely execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of successful endâtoâend campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dataâdriven decision making.
