BFI Finance Indonesia is seeking a motivated Marketing Leaseback (BPKB Mobil) to join our Lamongan branch. In this role, you will drive the promotion and acquisition of leaseback financing products using the Motorcycle Registration (BPKB) as collateral, helping customers unlock the value of their assets quickly and securely.
You will collaborate with sales teams, dealership partners, and local communities to deliver tailored financing solutions, while leveraging our comprehensive training programs and benefits designed to support professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for leaseback products (BPKB Mobil) to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with vehicle owners, dealers, and community groups to generate leads.
- Conduct product presentations, roadshows, and promotional events in the Lamongan area.
- Provide consultation to customers on financing options, terms, and benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1â2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or financing roles (experience with leaseback or microfinance is a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Selfâdriven with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driverâs license (car/motorcycle) and willingness to travel within Lamongan and surrounding districts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Resultâoriented, resilient, and eager to learn.
- Indonesian native speaker; basic English communication is advantageous.
