Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and client goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities, actively responding to comments and messages to foster community growth.
- Analyze social media performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media best practices, tools, platforms, and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing ad performance to achieve key KPIs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within an agency setting or a high-growth brand.
- Demonstrable expertise with major social media platforms and their respective analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online brand management principles.
