BFI Finance Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Marketing Leaseback (BPKB Mobil) professional to join our growing team in Madiun, Jawa Timur. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for BPKB Mobil leaseback products across online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities in the automotive financing market.
- Create engaging content, including brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials tailored to target audiences.
- Manage digital advertising efforts (SEM, SEO, social media ads) to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and provide sales enablement tools.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to optimize marketing ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all communications comply with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Support event planning and participation in automotive exhibitions, dealer meetings, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2ā3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within automotive, financing, or leasing industries.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales.
- Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO platforms, email marketing software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make dataādriven decisions.
- Creative thinker with strong design sensibility and ability to work with graphic designers or use basic design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastāpaced environment.
