Korindo Constructions, a leading player in the Indonesian construction industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong command of Mandarin to join our Head Office in Jakarta. This role is pivotal in driving our brand visibility, forging strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships across both local and international markets, particularly with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
As a Marketing Manager, you will spearhead integrated marketing campaigns, market research initiatives, and business development efforts tailored to the construction sector. You will collaborate closely with project teams, senior management, and external vendors to ensure our marketing strategies align with corporate goals and industry trends.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Korindo Constructions’ portfolio of projects and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including joint ventures and partnerships with Mandarin-speaking clients and investors.
- Manage and produce bilingual marketing materials (English & Mandarin) for proposals, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the Indonesian construction sector.
- Coordinate with project and sales teams to align marketing efforts with project milestones and client acquisition targets.
- Plan and oversee participation in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI and lead generation.
- Maintain relationships with media, advertising agencies, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry.
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction market dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
