Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential mortgage leads in the Pasar Minggu area.
- Provide professional consultation and product presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the branch management.
- Assist in organizing branch marketing events and promotional activities.
- Follow up on leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field of study.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of motivation and a competitive sales mindset.
- Willing to work full-time and be present at the branch office.
- No prior work experience required (fresh graduates are welcome).
