Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the online community.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor budget allocation and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.
- Proven experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, email marketing).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
