Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote KB Finansia products and services to the target audience in Madiun.
- Manage and coach a team of marketing staff or dealer representatives to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and partners to ensure mutual growth and business expansion.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and sales forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the finance, automotive, or electronic sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic marketing analytics tools.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the Madiun region as required.
