As our Marketplace Specialist, you will manage end-to-end marketplace operations, monitor key sales metrics, and implement campaigns that boost visibility and conversion rates. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on top e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal marketing activities to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Analyze daily sales performance, inventory turnover, and competitor activities to provide data-backed recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for high-quality content production, including product photography, copy, and creative design.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback and inquiries to maintain a high store rating and optimal service levels.
- Maintain healthy stock levels and coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Stay updated with the latest marketplace policies and algorithm changes to maintain store health and visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific tools (Seller Center) and digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CPC, Conversion Rate).
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting and performance analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple store accounts simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A proactive problem-solver with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
