Systems Plus Computer College Foundation is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Instructor to join our academic team in Cubao, Metro Manila. In this role, you will deliver engaging and effective mathematics instruction to a diverse student body, fostering critical thinking and problem‑solving skills essential for academic and career success. You will design lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, integrate educational technology to enhance learning, and assess student performance through various formative and summative evaluations. Beyond the classroom, you will collaborate with faculty members to improve instructional strategies, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the continuous development of our mathematics program. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Create and implement effective lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
- Utilize educational technology and interactive methods to enhance student engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through quizzes, exams, projects, and feedback sessions.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students, addressing individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty to refine teaching strategies and curriculum content.
- Participate in department meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure is advantageous.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary or tertiary level.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, theories, and applications.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to design assessments that accurately measure student learning outcomes.
