Intisumber Bajasakti is currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanic & Electrical Leader to join our maintenance team in Cikupa, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational reliability of our heavy equipment, material handling machinery, and electrical power systems.
As the Mechanic & Electrical Leader, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that all maintenance schedulesāfrom preventive measures to urgent repairsāare executed with precision and safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Hoist Cranes, Forklifts, Gensets, and a diverse range of heavy-duty transport vehicles including CDD, Tronton, Trailer, and Fuso units. You will be the technical backbone of our operations, driving efficiency and minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of mechanical and electrical technicians to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
- Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for Hoist Cranes and Forklifts.
- Manage maintenance protocols for electrical power systems, specifically industrial Gensets.
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a fleet including CDD, Tronton, Trailer, and Fuso trucks.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules and parts inventory to ensure operational continuity.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards across all workshop activities.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior mechanics and electrical staff.
- Generate technical reports on equipment performance and maintenance costs for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, specifically in mechanics and electrical systems.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams in a workshop or industrial environment.
- In-depth technical knowledge of industrial machinery (Hoist Crane, Forklift) and heavy transport trucks (Tronton, Fuso, Trailer).
- Strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, particularly with Gensets and heavy-duty vehicle electrical systems.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and mechanical best practices.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Relevant technical degree or vocational certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
