PT Arvirotech Global Mandiri is seeking a dynamic Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineer to lead our business development and technical sales initiatives from our Pulo Gadung, Jakarta office. This contract role uniquely blends deep technical expertise with strategic market growth. Your main mission is to increase our brand awareness, drive market expansion, and directly achieve sales targets by building and nurturing strategic, relationship-based partnerships with clients.

As an M&E Engineer, you will act as the primary technical representative for the company. You will not only design and oversee quality M&E solutions but also identify new business opportunities. You will translate client needs into viable engineering projects and guide them from proposal to completion. This role is perfect for an engineer who is not afraid to step into the commercial side of the business and enjoys the thrill of winning new projects.

Key Duties: You will conduct market research, develop strategic sales plans, prepare technical bids, deliver compelling presentations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance brand awareness and expand market reach in the Jakarta M&E sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted technical advisor.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design customized M&E systems that are both innovative and cost-effective.
  • Oversee project execution from a client relationship perspective, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the company's capabilities and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an M&E Engineer, with a strong focus on sales, business development, or client management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Deep knowledge of M&E systems, components, and industry standards (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical Distribution).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Jakarta Raya for client meetings and site inspections.
  • Valid SIM A and own vehicle preferred.
