PT Greenfield Work & Flow is seeking a skilled Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the installation of MEP systems for a variety of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects using industry‑standard software.
- Perform load calculations, energy analysis, and hydraulic modeling to ensure system efficiency.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities for tender and construction phases.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes and ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in sustainable MEP design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in MEP design or consulting, preferably in the hospitality or residential sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MEP-specific modules, and BIM workflows.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, power distribution, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Valid engineering registration or certification (if applicable) is preferred.
