Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems using advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Oversee and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, implementing preventive and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to refine product designs for manufacturability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Evaluate new materials and technologies to drive innovation in product development.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and production staff.
- Ensure all engineering projects comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software; SolidWorks or AutoCAD experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials science, and production methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willing to be placed and work full-time at our facility in Jawilan, Banten.
