As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various resort mechanical systems. Your work will directly impact the comfort and safety of our guests, making this a vital position within our organization. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment within the resort.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, pump systems, and resort utility installations.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities and repair history.
- Coordinate with the operations team to address urgent maintenance requests promptly.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for daily operations.
- Ensure all facilities meet safety and quality standards set by the management.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or property improvements as required.
Qualifications
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in facility maintenance or hospitality engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle emergency repairs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed by resort operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high commitment to workplace safety.
