Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage high-converting digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze daily campaign performance, identifying trends and adjusting bids, budgets, and creative assets to maximize ROAS.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to optimize conversion funnels.
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and minimize wasted spend.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align ad strategies with broader business objectives and product launches.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry shifts, proactively adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain detailed reporting dashboards and present performance insights to leadership on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in media buying or digital performance marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytical tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategy.
  • Proficiency in copywriting and basic creative editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to excel in a fully remote work environment.
  • A deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint) is considered an advantage.
