Responsibilities
- Oversee MEP installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Conduct systematic quality inspections and audits across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Guide subcontractors through technical execution and best practices implementation
- Prepare detailed quality control reports and documentation for regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure timely delivery
- Implement corrective actions for non-conforming work and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Train site teams on MEP standards and quality management procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of MEP quality control or supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of international MEP standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction documents
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with quality control software and documentation tools
- Strong leadership skills with subcontractor management experience
