Impact Power Mandiri is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to join our on-site promotional team in Jambi. In this part-time role, you will help distribute coupon programs to students in schools and canteens, explain how to redeem coupons, and ensure a positive brand experience on every visit. You will also collect used coupons and compile daily recap data to support accurate tracking of program performance.
As a Merchandiser, you will be the face of our promotional campaigns, coordinating with school staff and canteen operators to schedule deliveries and pickups, maintain attractive POS materials, and monitor coupon stock levels. You will help optimize campaigns by sharing insights with your supervisor and ensuring our promotions are visible, accessible, and compliant with local guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Distribute coupons to students at schools and canteens and explain redemption instructions clearly.
- Collect used coupons and reconcile with distribution records; maintain data accuracy.
- Track daily coupon activity and report results to the supervisor for campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with school staff and canteen operators to schedule deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure prominent placement of promotional signage and POS materials at assigned locations.
- Monitor coupon stock levels and request reorders to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations during field activities.
- Support seasonal promotions and adapt to program updates as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail, promotions, or field marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with students, teachers, and canteen staff.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours in a field setting.
- Basic data-entry and reporting skills; strong attention to detail.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling coupon materials.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Jambi and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Fluency in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
