Responsibilities
- Execute daily merchandising tasks, including planogram implementation and shelf stocking at assigned retail outlets.
- Ensure all products are displayed according to brand guidelines to maximize visibility and consumer appeal.
- Monitor stock inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit display standards, cleanliness, and price tag accuracy.
- Implement and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional signage effectively.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Report on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to the sales management team.
- Manage basic inventory reporting and ensure all merchandising records are updated accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field; retail-related qualification is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or sales-related roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with store personnel.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own transport (travel between sites is required).
- Highly organized with an excellent eye for detail and visual presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily travel routes efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic smartphone applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing store-level challenges.
