Responsibilities
- Ensure all products are displayed according to company planograms and merchandising standards.
- Monitor and track inventory levels daily to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Execute timely replenishment of shelves and organize backroom stock areas efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of product displays to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to implement promotional activities.
- Conduct regular price audits to ensure accuracy and competitive placement.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily reports on stock status and market observations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail/sales support role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with store staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for visual detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move product cases when necessary.
- Basic proficiency in reporting or documentation tasks.
