Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising plans and ensure product displays are aligned with company guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team to replenish inventory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, visibility, and signage.
- Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to optimize product assortment.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure proper pricing and labeling.
- Report on competitor activities and market trends.
- Assist in training retail staff on product knowledge and features.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or retail operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Selangor.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
