Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the SAP S/4HANA system to ensure 24/7 business continuity.
- Lead and mentor the MIS team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with various business units to identify process gaps and implement SAP-driven solutions for optimization.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including server maintenance, data security, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Develop and execute a strategic IT roadmap aligned with company-wide business objectives.
- Supervise vendor relationships, software licensing, and hardware procurement to ensure cost-effective IT operations.
- Monitor system performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports for senior management regarding IT health and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal auditing standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in IT Management, specifically focusing on SAP environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and implementation methodologies.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on system efficiency and data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly preferred.
- Certifications in SAP or ITIL are a significant advantage.
