Responsibilities
- Supervise daily vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, and dispatch operations
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Manage fleet documentation including registration, insurance, and maintenance records
- Train and monitor motorpool staff on vehicle operation and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain vehicle condition and roadworthiness
- Implement cost-control measures for fuel, repairs, and operational expenses
- Coordinate with external vendors for servicing, repairs, and vehicle acquisitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in fleet management or supervisory role
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, or 3)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and safety regulations
- Proficient in fleet management software and record-keeping systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to operational details
