CardBiz Group is seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact creative content, digital advertisements, and campaign visuals that strengthen our brand presence and drive marketing performance.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual assets across multiple platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials. Your designs will play a crucial role in communicating our brand message and engaging our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities
- Create and design engaging visual content including digital ads, social media graphics, banners, and email templates
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines and objectives
- Produce high-quality campaign visuals that enhance brand presence and drive engagement
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Prepare final artwork for production and ensure proper file formats
- Contribute creative ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and visual communication
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with video editing software and motion graphics is advantageous
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative visual solutions
- Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
