Private Advertiser is seeking a resultsādriven National Body Paint Manager to lead our body paint division across authorized workshops in the Jakarta area. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of paint quality, consistency, and efficiency while driving the growth of our national operations.
You will work closely with workshop managers, technical teams, and OEM partners to implement bestāpractice paint processes, oversee staff training, and optimize material usage. Responsibilities
- Oversee national body paint operations, ensuring consistent quality across all authorized workshops.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for paint application, color matching, and surface preparation.
- Manage and coach a team of paint supervisors and technicians, driving performance and professional growth.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics to optimize paint inventory and material supply.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to automotive paints.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and reduce turnaround time.
- Collaborate with OEM partners and suppliers to adopt new paint technologies and product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing body paint operations in authorized automotive workshops.
- Inādepth knowledge of automotive paint types, application techniques, and color science.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiāsite teams.
- Strong problemāsolving and decisionāmaking abilities in a fastāpaced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Indonesian, with conversational English preferred.
