Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality 1-on-1 and group English lessons via our proprietary online video platform.
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and proficiency levels.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to track progress and enhance language acquisition.
- Maintain professional classroom etiquette and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on curriculum changes and teaching methodologies.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality for all scheduled sessions.
- Submit concise and accurate post-lesson reports to document student growth.
Qualifications
- Must be a native English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA) is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in online ESL teaching or classroom management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Must possess a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet (at least 15 Mbps).
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort navigating video conferencing software.
- Highly organized, patient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
