Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging one-on-one or group English lessons via our virtual classroom platform.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to suit the individual proficiency levels and learning goals of diverse students.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to monitor progress and improve fluency, grammar, and pronunciation.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance throughout the course duration.
- Utilize multimedia tools and interactive materials to enhance the digital learning experience.
- Collaborate with the academic team to maintain high standards of teaching quality and student satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest ESL teaching methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Must be a Native English speaker or possess native-level fluency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in online teaching or tutoring is a strong asset.
- Strong technical proficiency with video conferencing tools and high-speed home internet connectivity.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient, encouraging, and adaptable teaching style.
