- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, procurement, quality, production) to resolve technical issues and meet project milestones.
- Conduct design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews and provide feedback to design teams to improve yield and reduce costs.
- Establish and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, and defect rates; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage prototype builds, validation runs, and first article inspections to ensure product readiness.
- Support cost-down activities and supplier quality improvements through process data analysis and corrective actions.
Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with process optimization tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, DOE).
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data using statistical methods and drive data-based decisions.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
