Note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Paranaque City. Candidates must be willing to work on-site and have a valid PRC license.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow.
- Monitor and enforce quality control measures, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including progress reports, material requisitions, and as-built drawings.
- Manage project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and resolve technical issues.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns promptly.
- Assist in budget tracking, cost estimation, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and multiple project phases simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards in the Philippines.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and timely project delivery.
- Willing to work on-site in Paranaque City and flexible with extended hours when needed.
