Responsibilities
- Prepare and review electrical engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure electrical systems align with overall design and schedule.
- Assist in procurement of electrical materials and equipment, verifying compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor on-site electrical installations, conduct inspections, and prepare progress reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
- Support the project team in resolving technical issues and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Participate in project meetings and liaise with clients and contractors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred) or at least a Registered Electrical Engineer.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction or office engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Calamba City, Laguna.
