Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across designated areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and documentation management for the operations team.
- Work closely with the operations supervisor to plan manpower deployment and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle operational issues and escalated requests from staff or clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating replenishment as needed.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members on operational procedures and safety standards.
- Prepare routine performance reports and suggest process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, facility management, or cleaning supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including weekends if required.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene regulations is an advantage.
