Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted workflow across all departments
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve performance targets and foster a positive workplace culture
- Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency
- Develop, refine, and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and bottlenecks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar supervisory role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-functional teams effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent knowledge of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
