Responsibilities
- Process and verify customer orders from multiple online sales channels.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers and warehouse teams.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with vendors and thirdâparty logistics providers to ensure onâtime delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or order fulfillment.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proven problemâsolving mindset and capability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
