Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets related to manufacturing, retail, and logistics operations to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) to monitor key operational metrics such as inventory turnover, delivery performance, and production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making on supply chain optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleaning.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
  • Support the implementation of data collection systems and automation to streamline reporting processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive data-centric initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or logistics environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
