Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an operational management role within hospitality or tourism sector
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus
