Tiara Cipta Nirwana is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of our panel manufacturing facility in Badung, Bali. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of panel production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet output and quality goals.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes through lean methodologies and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and operators, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and occupational health & safety standards.
- Control operational costs, prepare budgets, and analyze financial performance to drive profitability.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize material flow and inventory levels.
- Implement quality control systems and lead rootâcause analysis for any production deviations.
- Report key performance indicators to senior management and recommend strategic actions for operational enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams in a unionâ or contractâbased setting.
- Excellent analytical, problemâsolving, and decisionâmaking skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and workplace safety standards (K3).
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
