Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, booking, and management of diverse travel itineraries for individual and group clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate seamlessly with various vendors, including airlines, hotels, car rental services, and local tour operators.
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently using internal systems and industry-standard platforms.
- Maintain precise client records, manage documentation, and ensure all necessary travel papers are prepared and dispatched on time.
- Provide exceptional pre-travel and in-travel support, offering guidance and assistance to clients throughout their journey.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline operational workflows and support overall departmental goals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in an operational or customer service role within the Tour & Travel or Hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated passion for travel and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems (e.g., GDS, online travel platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
