Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets and timelines are consistently met.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain procurement, and raw material logistics to prevent stockouts.
- Implement and monitor strict quality control standards to ensure all hummus products meet health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production and logistics team to foster a culture of efficiency and accountability.
- Optimize operational workflows to reduce waste, improve cost-efficiency, and scale production capacity.
- Collaborate with management to refine SOPs and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Prepare regular operational reports on production output, costs, and team performance for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operations, production, or logistics management role, preferably in the F&B or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and manufacturing regulations.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic business administrative tools (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
