Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily operations across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with company objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management review
- Manage operational budgets effectively while maximizing resource utilization
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and departmental targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry
- Proven track record of managing multi-site or high-volume operations successfully
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team development and training
- Working knowledge of hospitality management systems and tools
- Philippine citizenship or valid work permit required
