Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards, quality, and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationships to minimize waste and optimize stock.
  • Lead, train, and mentor outlet managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze P&L statements, and prepare operational reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive promotional activities and enhance customer engagement.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in F&B retail operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or assistant manager role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proven ability to manage multi-site teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operational processes, inventory management, and P&L analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operational software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management tools).
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred.
