We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager F&B (Assistant Manager) to join our talent pool for future contract assignments. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards, quality, and service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationships to minimize waste and optimize stock.
- Lead, train, and mentor outlet managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze P&L statements, and prepare operational reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive promotional activities and enhance customer engagement.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in F&B retail operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or assistant manager role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proven ability to manage multi-site teams.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operational processes, inventory management, and P&L analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management tools).
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred.
