Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end factory production, ensuring all targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement robust SOPs to streamline workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing waste.
- Lead, mentor, and train the production staff to foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all production areas.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management detailing performance and budget adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operations or factory management role, preferably within the FMCG or food production sector.
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Deep knowledge of safety standards (ISO, HACCP, or similar) is highly preferred.
