As an Operator Pilung Cover, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the pilung cover equipment, ensuring smooth production flow, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate pilung cover machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal output.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on pilung cover units.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and report any deviations.
- Follow safety protocols and participate in regular safety briefings.
- Assist in training new operators and sharing best practices.
- Document production data, machine logs, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve machine reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical diploma preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a manufacturing or logistics setting.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read work instructions, schematics, and safety signage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highâquality output.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate loads.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
