Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal output and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime

Qualifications
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent technical education
- 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Basic knowledge of mechanical operations and industrial safety
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical capability to work standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules if required
- Valid certification in industrial safety is advantageous
